How long will my order take to arrive?

For goods in stock orders will be delivered within three working days of dispatch. Arrangements can be made for special and next day delivery services which will be charged at cost to us. Please contact us for more details

How do I return an unwanted item? Reynolds Sports does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £22 - this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Reynolds Sports cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

How do I return a faulty item?

In the interest of customer security; Reynolds Sports do not take credit card details via the internet. All payments are taken on despatch of your goods.

How do I find a product that I'm looking for?

By using the search facility you can type in the name of the product, price, characteristics etc. Any products that match the criteria will be returned in a list. You will then be able to follow a link on the product through to further details. Alternatively, use the menus to help navigate through to the type of product you require.
